The FLIR K85-N is a next-generation firefighting thermal imaging camera fully certified to NFPA 1930:2025. It combines high-resolution 640 × 480 thermal imaging, a continuous single-range view and rugged fireground construction to help crews see critical detail through smoke and extreme heat.
Purpose-built imaging modes support fire attack, search and rescue, navigation and overhaul. Wireless connection to the FLIR Responder App extends the camera beyond the incident with configuration, over-the-air updates, live streaming, media handling, training and post-incident review.

Its single-range system covers object temperatures from −20°C to 650°C without the image freeze associated with range changes, preserving situational awareness while crews move from cooler spaces into high heat.
Built for Frontline Firefighting
The IP67-rated housing is designed for smoke, water, dust and demanding operations. The K85-N is drop-tested from 2 metres onto concrete and operates at 150°C for up to 15 minutes or 260°C for up to 5 minutes. Its glove-friendly controls and bright 4-inch display minimise distraction on the fireground.
