Shipping Policy | GoThermal

At GoThermal our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers across Southern Africa and other African locations, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

  • Destinations:
    South Africa Domestic - We ship directly to local street addresses in cities and towns across South Africa. Orders may be placed directly on our website.African Countries and International locations - For shipments to locations outside of South African borders, we make use of various courier and transport providers. Shipping quotations must be requested from and provided by our sales consultants. Shipping quotations may be requested from 

  • Shipping Costs:
    South Africa Domestic - Insured shipping is charged at a flat rate of R100 incl VAT for orders under the value of R 5 000. 
    Free delivery is available on orders above the value of R 5 000 or on any items marked with a free shipping promotion.
  The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time: 
    Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging take place within 48 hours of placing your order and making your online payment. Once funds have cleared in our account, orders are then booked with our selected courier and despatched from our premises. 
  • Shipping time: 
    This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our premises to the destination.Local delivery to street addresses within major centers around South Africa takes 2-3 working days for packages under 5kg. Other outlying areas take 2- 4 working days.
    We can only ship via our website to valid street addresses in towns and cities within South Africa.
    Shipping times for deliveries outside of South African borders will be provided once a shipping quotation has been requested. 
  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped from our premises, you will be provided with a tracking number and courier company contact details. You are able to track your package via the courier companies website. 
    Should you not receive your package tracking number with your order delivery confirmation, please contact us using to request your tracking number. 

  • Local Pick-up:
    Goods may be collected from our premises once orders have been processed and a notification has been sent out. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Fridays 8:30am to 4pm. We are not open on weekends and public holidays.
